Maps the OutboxMessage table onto the model. Call from OnModelCreating.

AddTrellisOutboxInterceptor(DbContextOptionsBuilder)

Adds the outbox capture interceptor so uncommitted domain events are written to the outbox table in the same transaction as the aggregate change. Call on the DbContextOptionsBuilder.
