Marker interface for transport-layer failure payloads carried by Error.TransportFault. Implemented by transport-specific error unions (e.g., HTTP, gRPC, message bus) defined in non-Core packages. Domain code does not inspect implementations; it treats Error.TransportFault as opaque lower-layer failure.
