ActivitySource

The ActivitySource the dispatcher starts consumer activities on. Left unset (the default), the dispatcher creates its own source and disposes it with itself; supplying one hands ownership to the caller, who must dispose it. Tests that assert on sampled activities should supply their own uniquely-named source here rather than subscribing to the shared default by name — an ActivityListener is process-wide and matches by source name, so two tests sharing one default-named source can observe each other's activities when they run concurrently.

ConsumerId

A stable identifier for this subscriber / consumer-group. It is part of the dedup key (ConsumerId + MessageId), so two services consuming the same message each get one effective processing. Keep it stable across deploys — renaming it resets dedup history. Required, and at most MaxConsumerIdLength characters.
